What is your return policy?

Suurkivi USA gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Please note that all items that have been altered are final sale.

Ship your Return:

The cost of return shipping, $7.50 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

For select orders, we have up to 60 minutes to make changes to an order. Orders beyond this timeframe cannot be modified or cancelled. If requesting within 60 minutes of order placement, please contact us via email to see if the option is available. If we are unable to process a cancellation, you may return any eligible items for a refund in accordance with our return policy.

Can I change my shipping address or payment method after my order is placed?

We are unable to modify an address or payment method after an order has been submitted. For select orders, we have up to 60 minutes to cancel an order. Orders beyond this timeframe cannot be modified or cancelled. If requesting within 60 minutes, please contact us via email to see if this option is available. If we are unable to process a cancellation, you may return any eligible items for a refund in accordance with our return policy. 

Can I exchange an item? 

We do not offer even exchanges. Start your return process and place a new order online for a replacement item. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

How long does it take to process the return?

Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed – you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.

Can I include multiple returns in the same package?

Yes, please be sure to include the return packing slips from each order in the package. If you returned more than one order in the same package, please allow an additional week for all orders to be credited. For a faster refund, ensure your return label and return slip correspond with the items in your package and mail returns from multiple orders individually.
